Boo to Sunbeam, for selling a heater with an on-off thermostat that doesn't actually turn off. I called the helpline and they told it was a "misprint". I'm not sure if that's true or not, but at least I got my money back.
And yay for Mail Order Kaiser, mokm.de, who, when my new Bach Edition turned out to be missing one CD, sent me a replacement straight away by airmail.
