Whale-watching at Kurnell, Take Two...

Back to Cape Solander, where the season is officially over, the crowds are gone... But there's still one whale to be seen.




We were very lucky to catch this one, as we had heard that no whales had been seen for the last two days.



As any true explorer knows, there are in fact two ways to use a pair of binoculars...



Who knows what you might see?



After the whales, we take our friends for a walk by Cook's landing place.



And look out across Botany Bay.



Whatever this ship is carrying, you probably don't want to smoke around it...
