I was a lot less impressed by Dubai airport on the way back than I was on the way over. The first time through, it seemed huge and spacious. On return leg, it was still huge, but it was also jammed full of people - every toilet had a long queue and seats were in scarce supply. Plus, I somehow managed to misread the flight information board and was waiting at the wrong gate at the other side of the airport. Luckily, I checked in time.
