Seen at the Uni Food Hall today... "Deep-fried Simon (with bone)".

Fortunately, the Chinese text underneath made it clear that it was actually "salmon"...

I see this happen a lot when people are writing in all-caps. They'll use all-caps... but a lowercase L, which looks like a capital "I"

DEEP-FRIED SAIMON (where that "I" is actually an "L")

--but your sign goes one farther by getting rid of the "A" as well.
