May. 10th, 2011 02:50 pmAh... a big Korean set lunch with lots of banchan (side dishes) including garlicky kim chi (pickled cabbage) and garlicky japchae (glass noodles), not to mention garlicky bulgogi (barbecued beef) and garlicky galbi (marinated ribs).
Haven't had one of those for ages (Seoul, in fact).
Except... the thought does linger. Perhaps I should have thought a bit more about my dentist prior to my appointment this afternoon?

Date: 2011-05-10 11:36 am (UTC)...and even I find it difficult to think of garlic-less food when I have a dentist appointment (which I usually take for the early afternoon). Usually I do think of it, but this is generally followed by some heavy head-scratching as I plan lunch.
