Coffee and me.
Jul. 18th, 2010 03:09 pmToday marks three months since my last coffee. Having proven (again) that I can sustain a rate of zero coffees a day, the next question is whether I can find a rate above that I can sustain. Last time I tried, I always ended up back at four a day, no matter what the rate.
Two a week sounds like a good start. This would allow me to have a coffee at breakfast on the weekend and maybe one more while shopping or socializing, with a goal of keeping it to just one a week. Being able to stay on the safe side of the limit, rather than needing the maximum each time will be a good sign.
