Garden inside Nijou castle. Unfortunately, my camera battery ran out shortly after this, so I had to switch to my phone...
This is where the "donjon" of Nijou castle used to stand. Imagine a tall wooden tower rising up from the platform providing a view over all the defences (and not uncoincidentally, standing out across the entire city).
