I'm not better yet, but I'm almost there. Most of the symptoms are gone now, apart from a dry cough that comes out of nowhere and keeps on going until it's reached the bottom of my stomach (speaking of which, I've got a sore spot on my ribs now too).
Went into town today for lunch, and, this being a small town where I've made the effort to get known, I bumped into some friends I hadn't seen for ages and we had a chat. After that it was bacon and eggs at the very civilized hour of 1pm and a flick through my Estonian phrasebook (as you might expect, my Estonian hasn't advanced as far as I'd hoped).
Still not sure if I should call off this trip. On current form, I still have plenty of time to get fully fit, but it will only take one more setback and it will be off again. OTOH, I could be perfectly fit for months and then get a fever on the day of my flight.
