Recipe: Khiem's Double Decibel Earplugs

1 pair Antinois brand silicone ear plugs
1 pair Aearo brand foam cylindrical ear plugs
Method:
Take one of the foam cyclindrical ear plugs and cut in the middle to make two short cylinders.
Roll one to compress it and place in inner ear. How in place while it expands.
Take one of the silicone ear plugs, roll into a ball, place over foam earplug. With one hand lift the top of the ear, with the other, press the silicone ear plug flat to fill outer ear.
Repeat for other ear.
Retain one spare foam ear plug for later.
Notes:
More effective than either of the ear plugs on their own (though not quite double the decibels). Still a little bit uncomfortable after a few hours.
