I played soccer again today, in a lunchtime pickup game, in 30 degree heat. And I scored a goal again, albeit after blowing about four chances. My legs were useless, my touch was gone, my stomach and lungs were screaming - it was great. I can't wait till next week.

This is the first time I've played in, oh... (checks Liem's age) three and a half years. It did mean taking time out of a busy day, playing in the heat, playing after eating lunch, walking out to join a bunch of people who all knew each other but didn't know me, but it was worth it all.

Now to see what I can do when I've got back into a little shape.
