Nov. 20th, 2008 07:58 pmJust as "zero cups a day" is the only rate of coffee drinking I have experimentally proven I can sustain, it now looks like "play music every single day, even if just for two minutes" might actually be a sustainable rate for that too.
The good news is, even at that low rate, I am showing signs of gradual improvement. If I can keep it up for a year, maybe I'll get somewhere.
