Chicken Curry
Oct. 4th, 2008 05:29 pmIt's getting too hot for slow-cooking in the oven, so I've switched to warmer climate cooking on the weekends. I haven't had good Malaysia food in a while, so today I made a Malaysian style whole chicken curry in coconut milk. Or at least, it would be Malaysian style, except I've deleted the chilli entirely from the recipe. At least it smells liek the real thing. Let's hope Liem actually eats it.
