"with taste"
Sep. 3rd, 2008 08:36 pmIt wasn't so long ago that I got bored with plain sandwiches for lunch and decided to have sandwiches "with taste" instead ("with taste" being code for one sliced chilli, of the kind known in Malaysia as "cili padi" and over here as "Thai chillies" [1], spread between two toasted cheese sandwiches).
As it turned out, sandwiches "with taste" turned out to be not quite tasty enough, so I soon moved to sandwiches "with double taste" (one whole chilli per sandwich), then triple taste (three chillies in two sandwiches).
Yesterday and today, I had sandwiches "with quadruple taste".
I'm out of chillies now.
