I'm in crunch mode again and I've been rundown-to-borderline-sick ever since the flu shot. No time for anything but work and sleep, and barely enough for sleep at that.
And now, I get the sudden urge to start writing again.

I always blame Spring and the lengthening day length when that happens, but that can't be the explanation in your case.
Is there any tiny time slot you can utilise to get the ideas down? Or are you someone who needs decent chunks of time to get anywhere?
